Black truffle is back, chosen under the guidance of truffle grower Gilbert Hugou. Rech’s chef Xavier Boireau offers you to try it in his suggestion: Sea scallops, shaved black truffle . You can also choose a dish on the menu and enhance its flavors, with some truffle grated upon demand!

This winter, enjoy the beautiful citrus fruits of Bénédicte and Michel Bachès, farmers in the south of France. Their delicious flavor brings a freshness hint to the end of the meal. Now on the menu, discover the Citrus Pavlova , a nice contrast between the sweetness of the meringue and the acidity of the citrus fruits.
